Hi, I'm Anjali Patel.
The heart behind the oven.

What started as a childhood fascination with my grandmother's flour-dusted apron has grown into a lifelong passion for the art of baking. After years of perfecting textures and balancing flavors, I decided to open the doors of my home kitchen to the community.
